Pets and owners celebrate their bond at Pet Fed 2015

Delhi’s largest pet convention, Pet Fed Delhi 2015 took place in the Garden of Five Senses this Sunday, 13th of December and saw healthy participation from pets and owners alike. Pet Fed 2015, with an aim to celebrate love for pets, is a platform for different pet lovers to socialize and share the beautiful memory they have with their pets.

 

The event offered a number of treats, activities and games for the people and their canines. Pet walk, puppy therapy and fun games were organised. Also present was a photo booth and live music to get the party going. Dogs of many breeds were present, from Poodles, Chihuahuas, English Cocker Spaniels to Golden Retrievers and Great Danes. NRI Dogs and dogs from Korea were also spotted. Stray canine residents of the venue were also part of the festivities. Various stalls were put up for the pet lovers to buy accessories for their pets and for dog grooming.  There were a number of stalls which offered cakes, brownies, muffins and much more.

Anita Krishan launched her book,  ‘Fluffy and Me’ and a competition was organised on the same. The winner of the contest was Stella the Rottweiler. The Brand Ambassador award of PetFed 2015 was given to Shadow, an Alaskan malamute. The Best Fur award was given to a Golden Retriever called Buzz. Bands like Yellow Bucket and One World College of Music were present. The most awaited event of the day was the fashion parade. The furry pets were seen in different attires, and some dogs gave their feline counterparts tough competition at the ramp. The winner of the fashion show was a Husky, Mafia.
