Second Cut Off Sees Filling Up of 74% of the Seats at DU

The second cut off list of Delhi University was released on the 17th of October, 2020. Around 51000 students have been admitted as 74% of the seats have been taken under the second cut-off.

Several colleges did not even release a second cut-off list for most opted for courses. This year, Psychology, Political science, Economics have remained the top picks so far. On the last day of the 2nd list, 15,698 students completed the process by paying the fees. The count may rise further as 7,546 approved applicants are yet to pay their fees. Several colleges have seen a significant drop in cut off percentage due to very few enrolments. The candidates have time till Friday, 23rd of October, 2020, to complete their admission process.

There are 70,000 seats across 61 colleges in Delhi University. According to University notification, the admission under the third cut-off list will begin on October 26. It is expected that several courses under some colleges will not be opening for a third list. The release of the third cut off will be dependent upon the total final number of admissions by October 23, 2020.
