Everything You Need for Document Verification During DU’s Admission Process

With the admission season finally upon us, here is a list of all the documents you would need for document verification at the time of admissions!

Admissions can be a daunting process. The stress of clearing the sky-rocketing cut-off list isn’t the only burden weighing down upon DU aspirants– there is also a general concern regarding the admission process. But worry not! We are here to solve all your DU related queries.

Here is a list of all the documents you will need for document verification during the DU admission process:

  1. Class 10th Certificate or Mark sheet
  2. Class 12th provisional/original Mark sheet
  3. Character Certificate
  4. Transfer/ Migration Certificate
  5. Recent Passport size Photograph
  6. Scanned signature
  7. PWD/ ST/ SC certificate (Only for the candidates applying under these categories)
  8. OBC – NCL (Non-Creamy Layer) Certificate (if applicable)
  9. Income Certificate ( only for those applying under OBC-NCL)
  10. Kashmir Migrant Certificate (Only those applying under Kashmir Migrant Quota)
  11. Educational Concession Certificate (Only for those applying under CW Quota)
  12. ECA Distinction/ Sports Certificates (last three years – April 1, 2017, to March 31, 2020)(Only for those applying under ECA Quota)
  13. OBC (non-creamy layer) certificate, if applicable
  14. EWS certificate, if applicable
  15. ECA/Sports categories must upload self- attested copies of the requisite certificates
  16.  A lot of patience and a water bottle!
