The wait is finally over as DU’s thrilling case study competition ‘Contrivance’, presented by Shaheed Bhagat Singh College’s Commerce Association, is here with its third edition.
This year’s theme is ‘Customer Engagement- Strategies and Challenges’. Customer engagement symbolises the emotional connection between a customer and a brand. Highly engaged customers buy more, promote more, and demonstrate more loyalty.
What to do?
Pick out a real life scenario where a company used such strategies and policies to engage their target market. Analyse it to the fullest! What were the challenges they faced? Was it successful? Why do you think so? What could have been done better?
