2nd U-Special International Campus Film Festival to screen 56 campus films from more than 25 prominent universities and institutions from 16 countries at Instituto Cervantes, New Delhi with free entry.
New Delhi, March 09, 2018: In a fresh new endeavour to promote campus cinema, the 2nd edition of U-special International Campus Film Festival is back with a kitty of 56 campus films. The festival will be organized on March 11-12, 2018, 10:30 am – 07.30 pm at Instituto Cervantes, Connaught Place, New Delhi. Entry is Free in the Festival. Short Films, Documentaries, Animation and Music Videos from 25 universities and institutions will be screened in the film festival. A special package of films made by Iranian students will also be showcased. Film “Snowflakes”, directed by Elif Nur Kayalar from Istanbul Sehir University (Turkey) will open the festival on March 11.
According to Rao Narender Yadav, Founder Director of the festival, “U-Special International Campus Film Festival is a creative platform for the next generation of filmmakers to tell their stories, inspire hope and provoke change through filmmaking. Given the number of entries we have received from a large number of institutions across the globe, Campus Cinema is bound to become extremely popular in the years to come.”

Post the public screenings, there will be campus screenings from March 13-16 at various prominent institutions in Delhi. These include Miranda House College, Delhi College of Arts and Commerce, GuruGobind Singh Indraprastha University, Vivekananda Institute of Professional studies and several others. These screenings will be exclusively for students.
